The 2021
General Election will be held Tuesday, November 2, 2021. The election will select candidates to fill
at large positions: Mayor, Place 1 and Place 2 on
the City Council. An at large position
represents all residents and all areas of The Colony and are elected by all eligible
residents of The Colony, regardless of the area in the City in which they
live. Note that
there will be no competitive election for Mayor this year, as current
Councilman Richard Boyer (Place 2) is running for Mayor without opposition. Mayor Boyer will serve a 3-year term. EARLY VOTING
Early voting will be held at The Colony
Annex Building at 6804 Main Street.
This building is just north of City Hall, and for long-time residents
of The Colony, this is the old Blockbuster Video building. EARLY VOTING BY PERSONAL APPEARANCE DAYS

18 - 23 (Monday - Saturday) from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. v October
24 (Sunday) from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. v October
