o    Solutions Architect -- Responsible for providing technical solution support for all sales pursuits within the Global Sales Support organization.  Responsibilities include RFP/RFI reviews, technical solutioning and costing, RFP/RFI responses, due diligence assignments, and

·       Electronic Data Systems, Inc., Plano, TX (1998 thru October 2007)

o    Senior Business Analyst -- Responsible for providing technical assistance for all new business pursuits coming to the Plano organization.  Work with Sales teams to design delivery solutions, to provide accurate cost models and resource allocations, to deliver presentations to potential clients, and to represent the support/delivery organization to the client.  Assisted in sales pursuits that have brought in over $1 billion in business to EDS.  Accountable for managing projects with budgets in the millions.  Responsible for organizational financials (billing, outlooks, forecasts, budgets) totaling $20M annually.

·       Cardiovascular Provider Resources, Dallas, TX  (1997-1998)

o    Director of Information Services -- Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, led a team responsible for all the network and data systems for fifteen medical offices located throughout North Texas and Oklahoma.  Responsible for the entire IS budget, which included all hardware, software, connectivity, contracts, maintenance agreements, and staff.

·       First Consulting Group, Dallas, TX (1996-1997)

o    Senior Consultant -- Led team of consultants to completely redesign and restructure the Information Services portion of St. Luke's Hospital in Houston, TX.  Designed a complete solution to provide support to the entire infrastructure of the hospital, with the foresight to build in redundancy and fail safe measures to ensure the high availability required in a hospital setting.  Was responsible for the relationship between FCG consultants and hospital IS staff.
